We want you to pay only for something that actually helps you.

Full refund if we don't deliver

If we fail to deliver the offer as described on the page, you get a 100% refund. No hassle.

For 14 days after delivery, if the deliverable isn't what we promised

or doesn't help, email [email protected] and we'll refund you in full.

You may request a full refund before configuration work begins. If you have not returned the permitted-

input template within 30 calendar days, we send one reminder and pause the order. If no permitted inputs

arrive within 60 calendar days, we cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Email [email protected] with your order reference. We process approved refunds through Stripe,

typically within a few business days (your bank may take longer to post it).

If you have a problem, email us first — we'll make it right. We honor legitimate chargebacks, but a

chargeback is not counted as a successful sale in our own records.
