Do not send employee or payroll records.

Our service is data-minimizing by design. We configure from your rules and example inputs; you enter your own real figures after handoff. Please don’t send employee names, payroll exports, customer records, or real compensation data — we don’t need them and won’t request them.

Support:

What format is it?

An editable Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) workbook you own and can change. Google Sheets compatibility is not promised unless the exact delivered version passes its required import check.

Do you connect to my payroll or field-service software?

No. It’s a standalone workbook — no integration, no access to your systems, no employee data.

When does delivery start?

The 3-business-day clock starts when you return the completed, data-free rule template.

What if a rule is configured wrong?

One correction is included. Email us and we’ll fix a configuration that doesn’t match a rule you supplied.

How do refunds work?
